Agreement

The undersigned is more than 21 years of age and has read this form and attached regulations and agree to comply with them. He or she agrees to be responsible to the municipality for the use and care of the facilities. He or she does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the municipality from and against any and all liability loss, damages, claims, or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury and/or property damage, to the extents permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the actual or proposed use of Municipality’s property, facilities and/or services by Organization.

FACILITY USE REQUIREMENTS

The use of all recreational and parks facilities shall be subject to the approval and rules put in place by the Village Board of Trustees.

Organizations wishing to use the municipal facilities shall first apply on the above form.
Intoxicants/Alcohol shall NOT be brought onto municipal facilities at any time.
All posted rules upon entry to the park MUST be adhered to including this is a "carry in/carry out" park. EVERYTHING you bring in, MUST leave with you.
Disorderly acts or any illegal activities are prohibited. Those violating this prohibition will be ejected from the premises and future rights to use the park will be denied.
ANY damages to municipal facilities shall be promptly repaired at the user's expense. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Anyone with youth under the age of 18 requires the presence of adequate adult supervision at all times.
NO dogs allowed. Must present proper paperwork for service dogs.

FEES

** FOR LARGE EVENTS, PLEASE CALL THE VILLAGE CLERKS OFFICE FOR THE PARK FEE. **

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE with the exception of the additional garbage deposit

GAZEBO or PAVILION: Catskill Village Resident: $30.00

GAZEBO or PAVILION: Non-Resident - Up to 4 hours: $75.00 - Full Day: $125.00

GAZEBO or PAVILION: (Weddings/Event 100 people or more) at Dutchman's: Full Day - $350.00

A $25.00 garbage deposit is required for all applicants. This deposit is refundable following inspection of the park by the Department of Public Works following the event. The deposit must be picked up at Village Hall by the applicant within 6 months of the date of the event; otherwise, the fee is forfeited. Fees will not be returned via mail.

FISHING TOURNAMENTS: $10.00 per boat

BOATER PARKING PERMIT FEES. $75.00

**Unlimited parking for the season. Application and Pass is available at Village Hall. Fee will be waived to all Village of Catskill Residents**

CAMPS/GROUPS/ORGANIZATIONS BY BUS: $100.00 per bus.

SPECIAL EVENTS AT HISTORIC CATSKILL POINT WISHING TO UTILIZE PARKING AT DUTCHMAN's: $300.00

Your event parking will be at a lot number at the rear of Dutchman's Landing Park.

Payments accepted: cash, checks or money orders made payable to "Village of Catskill." Rental fee and garbage deposit to be paid on separate checks so the garbage deposit may be easily returned following the event.

Payments may be dropped off or mailed to Village Hall at 422 Main Street, Catskill, NY, 12414.

We do not accept payments online or over the phone.
